Just take a fat band, (like a 3" x 1/4) fold it over twice and wrap a thinner one over it and keep wraping and folding
and twisting until its solid, then take small bands and keep adding to it, try to keep it round that will make it easier to
put more bands on.

Terminology
There are many different sizes of bands to use, start out with 2" bands and go up from there, I went to 3 1/2 then to
5" then to 7" those lasted a while but I had to start to special order 15" bands that I had to order buy the case instead
of just by the pound. Then I went to 20" . Now I started using 25" I can use these for a while because they stretch pretty
far.
